  • Can I bring personal designs to you for custom orders?
    Absolutely! We love when you use your creativity and allow us to help you with your projects and vision!
  • What payment methods do you accept in your shop?
    In our retail store, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
  • What is the standard Turn Around Time (TAT)?
    The current standard TAT is 7-10 business days for standard orders, or 15-21 business days for orders that include items being sent off to the printer. All orders ship according to the item with the LONGEST TAT. All items will have the TAT listed in the descriptions.
  • Do you charge a design fee for orders?
    The short answer is usually no! The only time a design fee is charged, is if it is something I design and you want the file to go elsewhere for printing or to have products made! Logo design is a design fee by itself and this gives you the files to take and do as you wish with! Beyond that, I typically do NOT charge a fee if it is something I need to design to create your products ordered.
